South Korea is advancing its hydrogen infrastructure with a new large-scale refueling station in Busan, supported by HyIS-one and Emerson’s automation technologies. The facility, designed for commercial vehicles, can store up to 1.5 tons of hydrogen and refuel over 200 buses and trucks daily. This project is part of a broader initiative to establish 30 similar stations nationwide by 2026, promoting sustainable transportation and hydrogen’s role in reducing carbon emissions.
