This was one of the few subreddits that actually had somewhat productive discussion. Was this a damage control measure? Did a few bad apples ruin it for the bunch again?

From what I saw they were basically all about immigration and various racist dog whistles constantly. Still plenty of those in comments of articles etc ofc.
I fully expect people to start saying “it wasn’t racist it was just about immigration” but when you have people with usernames like “ah_did_nothing_wrong” talking about white people being replaced it’s pretty obvious. No one is complaining about the hundreds of thousands of British immigrants.

This is something that you should be bringing up with the mods, not the sub. We can do sweet fuck all to fix this situation.

Because they’re trying to stop people from expressing opinions that run contrary to their loopy left ideology. The easiest way to do this is to only allow posts that link to the ABC, Guardian, and other lefty crapfests
