This makes me so happy and warms my heart.
Let’s continue the momentum folks. We have to turn out in record numbers, vote, and kick the orange fuhrer to the curb.

This is bad for Harris because..

300k instead of 124k and 126k in 2020 and 2022.
I’m actually a bit surprised Georgia was this late, today is October 15th so 21 days before election? In New Jersey it was 45 days and day that I received it I mailed that instantly. Maryland was 40 days. 21 days is cutting it kinda close.

When everything is said and done, this record breaking turnout will probably stand as *the* indicator that Harris was going to take Georgia.
This is the black female voting block in action, and it’s a glorious thing to behold.
It would be interesting to see a precinct-by-precinct breakdown of the numbers and how it compares to the first day of voting totals in 2020.

Some downsides: day 1 mail in votes in 2020 were 420k or thereabouts, and Georgia specifically made it much more difficult to qualify for vote by mail. Lots of the people doing in person voting were people that were previously probably mailing in their ballots.
So overall these numbers are a net decrease. Buuuuuut a net decrease from one of the highest turnout elections in recent memory still may not be terrible

One side: everyone (legally) should vote, the more votes the better.
The other : No!
The former is the better side.

If you don’t vote, you have no right to whine if things go bad.

We haven’t seen this much enthusiasm since Obama in 2008.

Trump is ahead. What are you doing to change that?

Is it possible that the two hurricanes that slammed the southeast have made voters wary about waiting until election day? That kind of concern about a meteorological event might be driving both sides to vote early.

What party benefits from this large voter turnout, any ideas?

Let’s get it baby.
Vote like your life depends on it. I will do my part here on the west coast.

Yay for us!
I didn’t go today but I plan to go later this week. My mom asked me to help her review everything that’s on the ballot so we can go together.

Yet I’ve still had so many of my peers say they don’t care about voting. People died for my right to vote yet so many others are willing to throw theirs away because they can’t be bothered to take the time out of their day to make their voice heard. But I’m sure they’ll complain when their rights are taken away

Bad sign for Trump

I just don’t get it lol. All signs point to her being the favorite right now, but the right is so confident that he has it locked up. Even the latest betting odds have him as a -150 favorite. Doesn’t make any sense.
Good. Glad people are exercising their rights. Also would like to see the US adopt a national day off for Nov. 5, and registration is compulsory.

Georgia will be going blue, won’t be the only swing state. Trump is gonna be smacked back into the Stone Age I feel

This will happen in every state. Fuck Trump and his goons they about to see how annoying and out of touch they are.
And boy wait until Trump loses in record numbers you will see the biggest backpedaling and hypocrisy ever from Republicans. They will no longer see Trump as the ticket back into the White House they will magically start being Pro Life and Pro Abortions and shit. Just wait
