NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte believes that nuclear threats, which the Kremlin uses to try to undermine Western military support for Ukraine, should not intimidate NATO allies. The EU also stated that Russia’s nuclear sabre rattling will not alter their position on continuing to support Ukraine.
