Do we really need this anymore? Is there a problem of white men being over represented in our country’s doctors? Anecdotal but I don’t even see them that often any more

I’m in the tech industry and we’ve had a lot of “diversity initiatives” over the last years.
One thing that shocked me when I heard it was someone vouching for a candidate to get an interview after browsing resumes we received for the position by saying “he’s a white dude and went to X school, you know he got there on merit”.
I realized that was the assumption that all non Whites or Asians would have to fight against.

Post secondary institutions who practice those discriminatory DEI policies should have their accreditation suspended.
