Messed up. An animal rescue in Alix, Alberta rescued a dog recently where someone cut its front leg off and left it for a week before someone called in the rescue. There is evil amongst us. Very unsettling.

Will they be charged to the full extent we expect? Probably not. I do take solace though in their criminal record will make them unemployable almost everywhere. These crimes do need harsher punishment.
