Must be nice to distract yourself with these nice cosy topics that you can tax people about and feel all virtuous.

Instead of stopping the knife and theft epidemic that lies over London. That’s a little bit too hard.

  2. Ooh, got a name as well.

    Ultra-Low Effluent Zone

Any particularly repulsive discharge can be scooped out with a sieve, and sent up north to go in one of their rivers.

  3. Great, so we’re giving fish and birds better quality homes while we breathe mould in tiny houseshares. Love that.

Tells us to just accept terrorism and does nothing about machete wielding phone thieves but at least you’ll be able to look at some nice reeds while you’re being hacked to bits for your watch.

  5. Good.

ULEZ has been a big win for Londoners. Less congestion and cleaner air. If the Mayors Office can help support the good work being done by the likes of Thames 21, River Roding Trust etc. and help improve the ecological condition of these waterways it would be a wonderful outcome.

No doubt we’ll get a few blade running bell pots contorting themselves in an effort to find something bad about reversing the disgusting pollution in our rivers. There’s always a few.

I’d love to know how many of these negative comments are from people living in London.

  7. >As for cycle lanes, they’ve started to define London in a way that often feels overwhelming.

Are we thinking of the same London here?
