We are living longer, heart disease related deaths drop and dementia is the new #1 cause of death.

I was really surprised at suicide numbers and median age – both for men and women; why!?

I always thought mid 40s is when you find your rhythm and make strides to achieve your lifelong goals…is it failed marriages/partnerships causing loneliness? Mid life crisis combined with depression? Life’s stress of job loss?

I’m really interested in fixing this – I always believed that we, Australians, are made from tough stuff!
