Ukraine used to be the shipbuilder to the Soviet Union, mainly because Russia couldn’t build a decent war ship. (A nod to Poland’s shipbuilding prowess as well).
Now it has to use foreign shipyards to build their warships. While it is a fine looking craft, I hope Ukraine has not lost its skills to the war and that once it has thrown the garbage out, they can once again build ships.
