The Discord messenger has been blocked in Russia for violating legal requirements. This was reported by TASS and RIA Novosti with reference to Roskomnadzor.
edit: they are not blocking them well, since instagram, meta and other shits are actually banned in russia but they still are using it. last i remember was with the youtube, they slowed it down so it buffered most of the time, kids from school found out that if u copypasta link into discord and watch there, there is no restrictions
