It MAY also not. north korea mentioned earlier on that it will help russia…by sending an ‘army of’ construction workers to build houses and other structures in occupied Ukraine for russians. It did not happen only a handful arrived for PR and media reasons.
If a nation officially send troops to help russia, it will make it more easier for many other nations to send troops as well – but to help Ukraine. As what Poland earlier mentioned, if belarus is officially joining the war, Poland will so too.

Easy: if they send troops to (for example) crimea to free Russian forces to fight at the front, it’s time NATO sends forces to take care of the Belarusian and Moldavia border freeing more UA forces to fight.
Don’t make it volunteers or anything. If Putin escaletes, we have to escalate to at least the same degree.
The moment a German SAM gets hit or targeted: we start opening fire on not just ordinance but also fighter jets. Self defence and all.
Putin only understands escalation. He must recognize that he cannot outmaneuver the west. Every move has to be shadowed.
