Can I send extra plate carriers, pouches, MRE’s, and bullet proof helmets to my friend in Ukraine?
As the title says my friend is in Ukraine right now fighting and I’d love to donate some gear to him. To anyone who’s in the know on this kind of thing is this allowed?
From the USA ballistic helmets and plates are probably export controlled/ITAR restricted items. Carriers alone, pouches and MREs shouldn’t be an issue but your friends may have to pay tax/duty to have them clear customs.
