TL;DR: Accenture is going to perform an audit of mobile signal strength to compare to the model-based coverage maps published by telcos.
I would have thought the information would already be available from phones reporting signal strength to mobile towers. I guess there’s also the issue of where the phone is at the time the signal strength drops off a cliff.
