Could someone educate me on why exactly do countries disclose their future attacks publicly? like usa and israel does, does this not give time for iran to prepare, evacuate and move targets they can move?

Iran would immediately attack the oil ports of Saudi Arabia. Well they would try at least. Probably lose most of their Air Force. But if even somewhat successful it would create chaos.

Should target where those drones get produced for Russia as well as where the rockets are produced, but honestly, hitting Iranian infrastructure not directly related to the attack is probably another step up the ladder to a regional war that shouldn’t be taken. Step up hitting Iran assets in Syria and Lebanon and keep the escalation on the table.

They cannot risk causing significant damage to Iran.
If rational, it will be a display response and that allows Israel some saved face without risking escalation with Iran.
If significant, Israel is in the driving seat of our US government and we are all in trouble.
