It is time that we amend the Youth criminal rules in a way that youths charged with a severe crime, such as murder, can be identified.
We are not talking about a shoplifter here or a punk who spray painted a graffiti on a wall…

I think it’s time to adjust the young offenders act where any violent crime should not be covered under the YOA. The YOA should be used to protect the kids who make mistakes like shoplifting.

Lot of comments wondering how we failed this kid. I recommend learning about being a “Toronto mans” and the weird aura surrounding it right now. Youth gangs and crime are insane in Toronto right now. Kids seriously think their bangers at that age.
