That is incredibly disturbing and creepy. What creeps me out about it is that it’s not meant to be a joke/sarcasm/parody… it’s an attempt to trick people into thinking they got a real letter. The person took the time to make the letter seem real. Someone may actually fall for this and get scared. Whoever is behind this is a seriously messed up person. Hopefully they get caught soon.
