  1. I have posted this in this sub, because it seems the guy who married this child is living and working in Canada, and I wonder if he can’t be held accountable for this under Canadian law?

  2. This is BS. As a father of two wonderfully independent women I will fight any acceptance of cultural or religious practices that diminish a woman’s autonomy, visibility or equality in our Canadian society. And I don’t see such practices as tolerable just because affected women, for whatever sad reason, support them.

  3. Should be charged simple. Don’t care if it’s cultural. Canada that’s illegal. Some ideology ideas don’t mesh.

  4. “The lawyer, Adhet Deng, believes Athiak is now probably in Nairobi with the family of Chol Marol Deng, who has returned to Canada, where he works.”

Gross. This creep’s name should be publicized wherever he is.

Canadian boundaries are being crossed and as a result our country is becoming less safe for women and girls.

We need to make sure the people who come.to Canada respect Canadian laws, it’s not fair to Canadian women and girls when we let in people who see us as property instead of equals.
