I can accept that there are military targets nearby that they were probably aiming for.
What I find harder to swallow is that, given it’s now well-documented that Russian weapons absolutely *suck pustulent donkey balls* in terms of accuracy and reliability, that they still fire them at military targets knowing full well there’s an extremely high chance they’ll drift off from their intended target and hit nearby civilian properties and infrastructure instead.
And it’s not as if the Ukrainian military are behaving like Hamas or Hezbollah and deliberately hiding personnel and equipment in amongst civilians – far from it – so there really is no excuse for this sort of thing.
