  1. Pierre is always attacking or punching down on someone. Wouldn’t it be nice to hear him denounce it, not make threats, and just move on like a good leader would?

  2. Blacklisting aside – CTV does need to provide a better answer than the “Oops, silly us” one they did.

It’s so obviously unethical for a news org to splice audio together to make someone say something that they did not in fact say. And it obviously doesn’t happen because of a ‘misunderstanding’ or accident. Someone has to intend to do it.

He would and thats why many of us won’t vote for him. Its not the job of PM to dish out punishment. We have partisan free rgulatory bodies for that.

I can’t see the blacklisting happening for very long, especially as CTC/Bell Media are a major player in the Canadian media landscape.

Oh here we go with the right wing cancel culture again. The victim complex is stroooong. The dish it out but can’t take it often rings true in these cases.

  6. Being Harper’s lackey, you think he would remember the long-term damage alienating the press does.

Yes, CTV screwed up, but if this were the other way, PP would be asking what Trudeau has to hide by only talking to the cherry-picked media.

Let CTV eat their mistake, but blacklisting them is a rather res flag reaction. He isn’t a judge, jury and executioner.

Okay, if he was misrepresented, then why doesn’t he come out and tell us what his real intentions really are regarding the cuts in question?

    Are they any different?
