Long range is a vague statement, Zelensky wants to be able to strike 300 km into Russia and these particular missiles can only accomplish 1/3 of that.

It won’t be a gamechanger.
The US does not want Ukraine to win the war otherwise they would provide them with all the weapons needed TODAY.
They want to drip feed additional weapons to keep Ukraine appeased.
The west won’t admit they don’t want Russia to be defeated because a Russian defeat will lead to them doing something crazy. So the west are happy to slow march the Ukrainians into the meat grinder to prevent the war spreading in the hope Putin will get tired and eventually end the war.
