Those rockets were aimed at civilians too. No one can morally stand against Israel when they eventually wipe out Hezbollah. Can you imagine someone telling the USA to not respond to rockets fired from Canada at US citizens? They wouldnt finish the sentence before the US military wipes out the enemy firing rockets and Canada is the 51st state of the union.
