  1. Senior Hezbollah commander Ibrahim Aqil was killed in the Israeli airstrike in Beirut, a source close to the terror group tells AFP.

The source identifies Aqil as the commander of Hezbollah’s elite Radwan Force, and the second-in-command of Hezbollah armed forces after Fuad Shukr, who was killed in an IDF strike in July.

  2. Target is Ibrahim aqil which is also hunted by the US for blowing up the US embassy killing 63, also blowing up a marine base I believe.
Thank fuck he went up in flames.

  3. Israeli news are now reporting that the target was Ibrahim Aqil, who is thought to be the replacement commander after the previous one was eliminated. Could be another major hit if it was successful

Aqil just got smoked. More egg on the face of the incompetent Hezzies.

Now they just need to send Nasrallah back to the Iranian Mullatards in a flag draped Tupperware container.

  5. Awesome news. Hopefully the first of many more to come. Heck kicking Hezbollah’s behind will actually benefit Lebanese people

Where are all the Hezbollah apologists now whining about how Israel is unfair blowing up pagers they sent to them?

    Terrorists can get fracked

At this point, Hezbollah is running out of options to communicate with each other.

    Cellphones? You get blown up.

    Pagers? You get blown up.

    Walkie-talkies? You get blown up.

Meeting in person? You guessed it, you get blown up!

At this rate, Hezbollah will have to use a string and two cans to communicate. Even then, I wouldn’t put it past Israel to somehow sneak a bomb into the cans.

  8. How elite are these “elite units”. Have they done anything special besides terrorize?

    Good riddance

  9. Honest question: why doesnt hezbollah just leave israel alone? They cant win and its just bringing more pain to the civilians.

yep.. there will be much more of this soon.. they know where to hit now.. they got tons of location intel the other day just watching the ambulances show them right to the exact addresses.

Barack Ravid – Twitter: 🚨🚨An Israeli official said that the entire senior command of Hezbollah’s Radwan force was eliminated in the strike (around 20 commanders

  12. “Akil has served on Hezbollah’s highest military body, the Jihad Council”

The fact that it’s just called “the Jihad Council” is hilarious to me.

  13. I’m pretty sure the pagers were also meant to be “signal flares” with the locations of explosions showing clusters of targets. I’m not surprised that specific residences were targeted after the radio attacks. If they got Aqil, then this was a very successful tactic.

  14. “In response to Hezbollah hitting northern Israel with 140 rockets, Israel carries out targeted strike in Beirut.” – There…fixed it.

  15. Hezbollah has been firing rockets into Israel weekly for about 20yrs now. The media does a “great” job of making it sound like Hezbollah just started doing this because *Israel* started operations in Gaza. Israel has held back for a long time on bringing the smack-down on Hezbollah, & now they’re whomping on people there, everyone’s clutching their pearls & crying, “How could Israel DO this?!” 😱😩

  16. They avenged a major US civilian and military loss for us?

Can’t see any politician being against aid for Israel now.
