This won’t help the Liberals, the rest of Canada will just see it as more Quebec favoritism.

  2. Sounds like Justin Trudue caved to the Bloc’s demands. I wonder how much more money they’ll steal from western Canada and give to Quebec so they can keep the Liberals in power.

  3. NDP and Bloc are smart for using their position to help to push changes legislatively.

Conservatives and PP haven’t done anything but complain.

The liberals and conservatives have been ruining this country for decades, nice to see other parties leverage some power,  even if it’s for the short term – the only positive thing that came from team purple taking turns to fuck us over.

Edit: team purple fans/bots upset because their parties have to bend a little. After decades of garbage how much you still want them to fuck this country up some more?

  4. The best chance the rest of the country has is to increase their population to equal Quebec’s so that they have more representation (seats) in government. This country is basically ruled by ON/QC and no one else matters…

The NDP lost some points by being seen as tied to Trudeau the Bloc may be worried that his bad popularity may spread to them.

  6. Blanchet’s doing this seemingly only to try and expand OAS payments for those 65-74, which he seems to think he can convince the Liberals to support via a Bloc private member’s bill.

I’d laugh my ass off if Trudeau says he can’t support that before next Wednesday, but I’d laugh even harder if he waits until after.

  7. So bloc going to lose some seats in the next election, clinching the majority government for PC party…. Got it.

    You heard it here first

He’s going to see his support erode to the NDP in Quebec, which doesn’t matter to PP, the three of those parties can battle for Quebec with the additional seats in the West.

I don’t know who the Conservatives hired as a strategic advisor, but he’s firing on all cylinders.

  9. yea, ROCans are confortable welcoming right wing governments because, lets face it, the good guy shtick is BS. However we aren’t.

Blanchet will get burned eventually, the common theme of JT’s time in the PMO. Everyone who gets close gets burned.

I love how the bloc only operates in Quebec but are gonna speak for every person in all the rest of the provinces. Sounds totally constitutional.🤦

Bloc doesn’t want the taps of funding from other provinces turned off. Poor people in the prairies must keep lining the pockets of corrupt French Canadians.
