Still no guaranteed days off, still forced to work on days off several times a year, still no real vacation time. Still working significantly more than WJ or Porter guys. This will get voted down pretty quick.
And conveniently enough, the “raise” the company says they’re giving includes an increase in work hours as well as profit share, which the pilots won’t get anymore…
