    Most provinces are running at sub-potential growth rates and seeing per-capita output contract, while the disparity in economic performance across the country is relatively narrow.

  2. And rather than Canadians hold their respective Provincial Premiere accountable, they’ll instead froth at mouth over the sitting Federal Government.

    It’s like blaming mom and dad for the dinner being served at camp.

  3. For anyone’s reference, the 3 provinces expected not to be ‘weaker than they were five years ago’ are BC, Quebec, and PEI.
