So that means additional 180K soldiers to existing 2.2 mils. If 1000 soldiers lost everyday is true for the russians. That’s almost a year’s worth of meat to the grinder.
Considering the salary of each conscript to be roughly 2000 USD per month . Let’s imagine they do get paid fairly since logistics of transporting conscripts do involve budget spending : that’s roughly 4.3 billion dollars a year out of their piggy bank of 56 billions.
I hope this doesn’t become a forever conflict and the West does give Ukraine weapons to make russia burn through it’s money faster.

US has 2 million troops and 3/4 of a million civilians working for the military. Just to give some idea about the numbers involved.
Of course America has a population of 345 million versus Russia’s 144 million.
