This is how IMF loans are spent. Pakistan have faced 0 attacks since existence. All 3 wars were initiated by them and still they have lost 0 ground, Infact they have gained land. Yet they feel insecure about their defense ability and constantly try and boost their army’s strength while their own people are dying of poverty.
