Just complaining with China will not work. Japan need to send identical or better armed ship to make their point that China cannot bully its way through like in Philippine.

Had an instructor that served during the Cold War, they did FON cruises to the Soviets. They’d be waving and smiling at the Soviet sailors, who’d be all grim faced and sad.
