Hey guys, here are probably some investors in APA, so I guess this might be useful info for you. It’s about the Alpina High scandal they had a few years ago.

For those who may not remember, back in 2016, Alpine High was the centerpiece of APA operations, and the company promised great potential there. But, in 2020 they cut off the project, and the gas production in the region alleging weak pricing. When investors knew about it, they filed a suit against them for misleading about the project’s actual prospects.

The good news is that APA decided to pay a $65M settlement to investors to resolve this situation. So, if you got hit back then, you can [check here](https://11thestate.com/cases/apache-corp-investor-settlement) if you are eligible and file for the payment.

Anyways, has anyone here been affected by this? How much were your losses if so?
