The solutions posed involved a chatbot provided by a payment company (think Visa Concierge or Mastercard Concierge) with a focus on your utility usage. The chatbot will have access to your utilities-related transactions and will:
1. Provide insights into local average energy spending in comparison to your spending.
2. Provide insights into significant changes in energy prices based on type (gas, water, electricity,…).
3. Provide insights into your household’s energy spending month-to-month.
