Protecting Religious Hiring in Maryland Lawsuit — “GC Associate General Counsel explains Church’s stand on preserving Adventist mission and identity.” [Seventh-day Adventist Church]

It seems like a tax designation would exempt you from certain practices. If your designation is a nonprofit religious group, the you should be able to hire as you see fit.
Otherwise you may just need to not advertise your job openings. It’s not discriminatory if they can’t apply.
Or outsource jobs to contractors who loosely align with your faith.
