  1. Seems like a hasty response to the recent MP pressure and discontent. They put Andrew Bevan in the job. He was already in the PMO.

You’re telling me they couldn’t have put him in the role right after Broadhurst stepped away if this is what they intended all along?

Seems more like they heard the complaint from MPs that they hadn’t even filled the campaign director role yet, and then just looked around the office and said, “Uhhhh, let me see…YOU! C’mon, we need to put your name in a press release, stat.”

  2. The Liberal Party’s election campaign is now co-chaired by a Dion-Wynne alumni.

With such a proven track record of success, the party will no doubt soon start its path to victory.

  3. >Bevan previously worked as chief of staff for former federal Liberal leader Stéphane Dion, the release said. He also served as chief of staff to former Ontario premier Kathleen Wynne.

I guess they got some real winners here?

All kidding aside, I can’t imagine anyone would want the job due to the stress involved.

One reason the previous guy quit.
