Of course it’s falling apart. Any critical analysis of the situation showed it was symbolic at best to begin with, and a nightmare administrative burden at worst. The whole thing should be scrapped and the laws changed so this doesn’t happen again.

It was a terrible idea from the start, wasting massive amounts of taxpayer money to accomplish nothing but screwing with law abiding Canadians.
It is extra hilarious though to watch how much this incompetent government has managed to bungle their attempt at such stupid legislation.

This cost him so many votes. I can’t fathom what some idiot was thinking when they proposed it. Does absolutely nothing to fix the gun problem. Still going to reluctantly vote Liberal but hope they can pull their heads out their asses.
