  1. That’s the thing let’s say the economy collapses tomorrow; all these people would still be wrong. Most of them have been trying to short or time the market for years. Even a correction of 10-20% would only set things back to where we were at the start of this year for stocks, housing, and most assets, once you account for inflation, opportunity cost, and rents. They need a full-on financial meltdown just to get back to pre-COVID levels when many of these doomers first started appearing. Rebubble began at the end of 2020 they not only need a collapse in housing but also rates. Timing the market is a fools game. Dollar cost average over a lifetime is the only winning strategy.

    35 trillion national debt??

Govt desperately propoing up all markets. Bailing out failing banks. Teasing Handing out 25K to first time gome buyers to keeep prices nice and high. Teasing student loan bailouts.

    Now dropping interest rates

Everyones 401k depends on the govt pumping QE into them over and over in the trillions (4 times since 2008).

    Wars, wide open border, inflation.

    But everything is fine right?

Every economic “collapse” is different. This one is different than 2008. It’s more of a redistributing of wealth to the top and destruction of the middle class. Back to the Gilded Age.

    Submission statement:

This meme is a simple joke inspired by the collapse/bubble/crash/economy subreddits, Many ‘experts’ are often inaccurate when viewed in hindsight. There’s so many aged like milk doom posts.

Many of these so-called experts make predictions that end up being wrong, such as the crash in 2021 or the 2020 “collapse is now”

Upon reviewing older posts, it is clear that many ‘experts’ have deleted their accounts.

The problem with some people is that they don’t take advantage of the opportunities during the periods of growth *between economic downturns*. Which better prepares you for the next potential collapse or crash.
