Actually, it shows how out of touch and desperate he is. Detroit is not the city it once was. Detroit is in the midst of a transformation that is making is a cosmopolitan showcase. I’ve talked to people from other countries who have visited our city repeatedly and have come to love it. We aren’t quite where we need to be, but we are on our way.
