Not just Ontario. This is a country wide problem.
It just needs to get shut down, companies aren’t even trying to hide it anymore. Just look at this posting for a General Manager at Value Mobile paying 85 dollars an hour requiring less than a year of experience

Or this one for a software programmer for $57.69 an hour, experience only an asset. Like we don’t have enough unemployed Canadians in the field.
