Imagine a world oil price spike and having a supply source on the other side of the world as far as you can possibly get from the conflict and not developing it.

Except that oil prices have been dropping over the past couple of months despite tensions due to lower demand, unless Saudi supply gets impacted there will likely be no change from the current trend
