‘Pack your bags’: this Parliament is headed for the exit – The debate now is not whether the Liberals would lose an election held tomorrow, but whether they would be wiped out à la Conservatives in 1993.

It’s already over. The only people who refuse to accept this are delusional Liberals.

Wipe-out seems the most likely, a la Wynne Ontario Liberal Party “minivan party” status.

There is an issue. While some of us are looking somewhat quizically at the Liberals, we’re also somewhat horrified with Pollievre and his morphing himself into “Trump Light,” and all the hysterical nonsense that goes along with that.
The CPC doesn’t have a lot to say for itself other than “Liberals Bad, Conservatives Good.”
That may speak to the faithful, but for the rest of us?
Not so much.
It’s the same argument when people whine about why Doug Ford was re-elected with a majority.
What was the alternative? Steven Del Duca who, at the time, was a failed politician who no longer held a seat in government? Leader of the Liberal Party that had a few seats, no purpose and less direction?
It’s not about whether you like or hate the incumbent, it’s if there’s an alternative that isn’t much, much worse.

The whole elected Liberal Party will be delivering for Canadians in a minivan.

It’s probably going to be worse than the PCs

This seems extreme. Yes, the LPC is going to lose badly. However, 338 still has them winning opposition, as things stand today.
I’m sure things will continue to degrade for the LPC, but the idea that they will cease to exist is hilarious.
