  1. Didn’t they launch a bunch of missiles at Haifa TODAY? Funny way of showing that they want a ceasefire.

“We are getting our asses kicked and demand a ceasefire now”.

They’re reeling. And anyone with half a brain understands that they will resume their attacks if they’re given time to reconstitute. They exist as a proxy to cause trouble for Israel. Sworn enemy, and all that.

  3. “Wait, you mean a ceasefire is supposed to apply to _both_ sides?! We were just calling for _them_ to cease firing on us!”

  4. They’ve fired a bunch of rockets into Haifa today. That’s not really asking for a ceasefire, is it?

“timeout timeout! Turns out we are only good at surprise attacking unarmed civilians. When it comes to actually fighting a war against armed soldiers all we know how to do is hide underground and get exterminated like rats. Give us a break so we can re arm and go back to killing civilians please!”

  6. Japan the day after Pearl Harbor: Ceasefire!!!

Germany the day after invading (insert country here): Ceasefire!!!

Don’t attack us while we regroup and prepare to attack again!

    Is that how it went?

Let me tell you if terrorists from Mexico or Cuba or Venezuela were firing rockets at American cities intentionally aimed at civilians, it wouldn’t take decades for the US to end them

  7. Hezbollah is getting its teeth kicked in and wants a ceasefire to reorganize and rebuild. Israel shouldn’t give them an inch and continue taking them out.

Call for it all you want. Israel already said get fucked and does not care what other countries have to say about it.

  9. To them, ceasefire is a way to not face repercussions for their actions. They think they can achieve the effects of surrendering without actually giving anything up. In actuality, they’re just trying to get international sympathy, but they’re deluding themselves if they think Israel’s gonna let them off the hook because some privileged western college students living off mommy and daddy get mad.

“He is now the highest-ranking military and political leader remaining” so I assume that makes him the next high value target. So his plea for a cease fire is a plea for his life?

How about this condition; disband, disarm, and never be seen again. That suit?

  12. Hezbollah has broken multiple previous deals. They simply want time to regroup.. Total capitulation or the war continues for the sake of the Lebanese people and Israelis.

  13. Damn all the terrorist simps saying how great Hezbollah for attacking Israel since Oct 8th “for Gaza” are gonna be really mad about this

  14. AmityIsland1975 on

Nah, how about a ceasefire when they are completely destroyed. You don’t get to call for a ceasefire when you’re getting your ass stomped.

  15. Own_Thing_4364 on

Strange, didn’t they say their capabilities and leadership were entirely intact? Why would they demand an unconditional ceasefire now? Hmmm…

  16. StevenColemanFit on

Do they even still exist as a cohesive group that they can all agree to something like that? How do they even communicate, who even calls the shots.

    I’m so confused.

Anyway, UN resolution 1701 is the way forward, if they’re willing to disarm then peace

Hezbollah: Wait, WAIT. LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING. LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING.

    CEASEFIRE!!!!

    Israel: 💥

  18. They just want to make Israel seem unreasonable for not agreeing. Same thing Hamas has been doing. Meanwhile every Israeli missile launch gets litigated by Western tankies and no mention of Hezbollah or Hamas missiles enters their bubble

  19. I don’t hink Israel has any reason to accept unconditional cease fire just because your terrorist organization is in major disarray and unable to function properly which is very good.

  20. nevercommenter on

Hezbollah should unconditionally surrender and submit to the Lebanese government and army

  21. Fuck them up IDF. They can have a ceasefire when every last terrorist is dead and bloodied on Facebook live, just like they did to those innocent Israeli’s last year.

  22. PoignantPoint22 on

    “Ceasefire”

How long? A week? A month? A year? 5 years?

Basically for as long as it takes them to rearm and prepare for another October 7th.

We don’t need a ceasefire. We need peace. We need the religious moderates on both sides to take control and end this nonsense.

  23. alphalegend91 on

Translation: “We’re currently in the find out stage and can’t take the beating. Please stop so we can regroup and attack you again!”

  24. Finish the job Israel. You are almost half way there. Eradicate Hezbollah and then Iran while cleaning out Gaza/West Bank. Don’t stop now.

  25. I think people are missing why this is a big deal. Obviously Israel won’t (and shouldn’t) agree to an unconditional ceasefire, but the reason this matters is because this entire year Nasrallah insisted that the only way to stop the rocket fire on northern Israel is through a ceasefire in Gaza. If Hezbollah changed their position on that, it means that they fear a total collapse of their organization, and thus are willing to throw Hamas under the bus if it means their own survival. It’s a good sign.
