From all the recent videos of pows being killed I find this to come just at the right time for a comeuppance
She personally may not have seen war crimes (doubtful) but the video evidence is irrefutable of the ongoing crimes on and off screen

If she holds dual citizenship then revoke her Canadian citizenship and send her on the next available flight to Russia. It won’t happen because of Russia influence on the current government but it would be the right thing to do.
