  1. If you don’t pay enough, employees will seek work elsewhere. The day workers get hired at one company and work to retirement with job security is long gone.

    Wages are stagnant, treating workers harshly to a point of leading to death by karoushi to some workers will not work and bankruptcies due to labor shortage is the result.

  2. Adapt to adept! Western part of the world had record layoffs. Could have been easily balanced if someone wanted it. Technology is there?
