It would be nice if you included sources.. Here’s a [source (CNN)](https://edition.cnn.com/2023/05/05/politics/russia-jamming-himars-rockets-ukraine/index.html) on the problem with HIMARS from ’23 that doesn’t include a percentage, but still. Can’t find any newer that isn’t paywalled.
