The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has officially recognized the Holodomor of 1932-1933 as a genocide with a unanimous vote (80 in favor).
PACE also emphasizes that Russia’s aggression against Ukraine today is a continuation of Russia’s policy of exterminating Ukrainians.
