Hey guys. So I did a really stupid thing. I legit just ordered an IPhone online off dick smith a couple days ago without reading the reviews… I genuinely don’t know why I didn’t but yeah, anyways. On the website it claimed that they would ship it out within 1-2 business days therefore I checked the tracking after 6 days and it still had not been sent out/dispatched.
I was needing it ASAP since my other phone is broken, and I sent an enquiry to the seller asking for the whereabouts and update on my tracking where they just responded with “we will check your order to the shipping department first”.. I still don’t know when that will be…
Straight after that I searched up reviews on their service and got a big smack in the face seeing all negative reviews on dick smith, especially regarding their service. Now I’m genuinely scared that I got completely scammed, or from what I have read they will eventually send it out but shipping will be very slow.. I’m most scared about receiving a low quality iPhone as I ordered a refurbished 13 Pro but in “excellent grade”. Not sure what to do but was hoping for some reassurance that they will still ship the right phone to me in good condition. Anyone else ever bought an Iphone off dick smith, did it have any issues at all???

When searching, you can filter on “sold by Dick Smith” – which actually means Kogan. You do know Dick Smith went broke, and closed 8 years ago?
