There is a rise of international students knowing their golden goose is about to die, so they are filing refugee claims. Majority of which will most likely be denied, but they still bog down the system.
An easy fix is to time limit refugee claims once someone arrives here. Something like the First 30 days should be sufficient.
Not a student who after two years are being forced to go back home.
