Removing Russia and China does nothing but potentially make ww3 or nuclear war on the table. If anything, if the security council disintegrates we should worry. As long as everyone is still at the table that means everyone is still interested in peace.

UNSC Veto shouldnt exist in the first place. More countries being able to veto everything they dont like, would make the UN even worse.
