  1. He sold products specifically marketed to commit suicide, and he is charged with first degree murder for it. Medically assisted death is legal in Canada.

    This is not Canada’s definition of medically assisted death but first degree murder doesn’t feel right at all here.

    There are people who knowingly sell fentanyl laced drugs who face lesser charges.

    Not guilty in my opinion. Guilty of something maybe, but definitely not 1st degree murder.

  2. Dude is clearly repugnant. But consenting adults had a commercial transaction. I’m not seeing who the victim is.
