    >“Why would I follow the recommendations of a guy who insults other people’s work, talks over us when we try to give presentations and always acts like he knows more than everyone else just because he’s been working here forever.”

We all work with someone like this

Only ones that don’t want an election are the libs and ndp. Just more evidence that our politicians are not working for us.

  3. Ughh, he is such a superdouche. Can we please get different party leaders…. like for all of the parties.

  4. There is no choice but the writing is on the wall for the liberals. Ndp and liberals need new front men.

So only cons want elections and everyone should call for elections? Which gov in the world works like this? Can the opposition call for elections if they dont have majority? So yeah keep barking no one will do what you want

Not because the Redditers here are at fault, but this is the saddest bunch of comments I’ve seen in a while. Trying to pick a leader or party worthy of our support in an election among the present House of Commons leaders is enough to bring anybody down.

People hate him because he is right and knows it. So most prefer to pick the guy who screwed them than the one that can fix it, just so he doesn’t get it. It is petty. They will find any reason to hate him. They will create lies about him and false narratives, just to make him fail…. Oh well.

Why do liberal Canadians hate people who love their country and want it to do good? I’ll never understand it. Why do you hate Canada Reddit?

  9. Sounds Iike a lot of cry babies on this sub that can’t deal with the fact he’s going to be the next PM

  10. >“Plus he cooks fish in the break room microwave!”

I love that this is so commonly hated that they added this. Seriously, fuck you guys and your stank fish food culture

  11. I actually want to know how many of these politicians have actual real world skills, they made the minister of culture suddenly the minister of transport last year before he just quit and looking at most of this entire parliament, none of them have legit any useful real life skills besides being career politicians.

Shouldn’t industries have experts such as mining engineers in charge of such sectors for example? Even Pierre is just a step up of experience from just roaming the halls of parliament under Harper’s wing, to trudeau being a literal drama teacher. These guys are completely useless to leadership roles and are just there to pass bills and make a scene, you want actual countries with progress? Put people with REAL skills than these d listers, they don’t even compare to most global leaders at all, just bottom of the barrel choices for anyone

  12. Pollievre is like that employee that occasionally gets asked to go for drinks after work just so people can laugh at how weird he is.

  13. Ugh Never had a real h job outside of MP. Ambitious but has a hard time making friends and allies.

Axe the tax is not a platform. What a dumb grifter. There absolutely needs to be a tax on carbon. It’s the only way to incentivize green change in the industry.
