I am going to go on a limb and say that The Liberals can’t win a general election if they keep Trudeau on the ticket.
At this point (Honestly they had to choose this spring) they have two options. Either pick Trudeau and go down with the ship and hand the reigns to someone else after to try for the election in 2028/2029ish.
Or
They remove Trudeau and try to do damage control and hold onto whatever they can.
