I’m old, there was starvation in Africa when I was a kid. Throughout history there have been many periods of starvation in Africa, all caused by the climate. The climate forced the indigenous people of the southwest to leave their homes. The Mayans suffered through starvation due to the climate. Europeans faced starvation due to the climate how many times in the last 10,000 years. Not sure what the title is trying to suggest, but yes, the climate causes famine. Always has, always will.

  2. Bullion cubes may do the job short term, but changing what kind of food is grown and how it is distributed is the correct solution. Bullion cubes are a western manufacturing way of making profits off hunger.
